Installation instructions

ImReP is written in (Python 2.7) programming language. In order to properly use ImReP, first, download its source code from https://github.com/mandricigor/imrep to your server and make sure that the following dependencies are met:

• Biopython
• IntervalTree
• jellyfish
• NumPy
• NetworkX
• SuffixTree

In order to check that ImReP is installed properly, run

$ python imrep.py -h

from your command line. You should see the help message.
