Category: actions files Group: None >Status: Closed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Webpage not blocked? Possible to change the 'BLOCKED' page? Initial Comment: Hi! I'm using Windows XP Home Edition and the lastest version of firefox (1.5.0.7). the site where I encountered the problem was every single website. Firstly, I would like to know if I could change the 'Blocked' page to my own 'blocked' page, as I plan to use privoxy for a group of 50 people, and I would like to let them know that I am blocking the website. If the first question is not possible, how can I disable the 'go to link anyway' button? Thank you in advance. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: SourceForge Robot (sf-robot) Date: 2006-10-27 19:20 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1312539 This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. Note that this is a rather old option and I haven't personally verified that it still works as advertised. I believe there's already a feature request to make hard blocking easier and I assume it will be possible in of the next Privoxy releases after 3.0.6. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Hal Burgiss (hal9) Date: 2006-10-13 04:18 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=322640 You can change anything you want. The BLOCKED page is a "template" page, and these are editable text files. This is all explained in the docuemtation, which if it proves lacking please let us know. A simple template edit is easily circumvented however. Please read the docs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=211118&aid=1576493&group_id=11118 |
