Initial Comment:
I have had privoxy active and working fine for a couple
months. MacOS 10.3.3, Privoxy 3.0.3. 
I have been only using Camino as a browser because
privoxy blocked all sites in Safari and Explorer and I
had not bothered to figure how to configure them
because I use Camino and it worked fine. 
   Then I tried doing some small changes in user.action
using BBedit. I took out  the comment # on:
{ +set-image-blocker{blank} }
#/
to see how that worked. 
   Then I noticed that Privoxy was blocking some small
gifs-by-size I wanted to see so I tried adding:
{-gifs-by-size}
/
just bellow the previous example to see if that would
work. Now Privoxy want let me go anywhere. like in the
oother browsers wjen it is enabled. otherwise I'm fine.
I can't even get to desable Privoxy exept by turning
off the Web Proxy Server.
