Bugs item #712718, was opened at 2003-03-31 16:28 You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=111118&aid=712718&group_id=11118 Category: solaris-specific Group: version 3.0 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Frank Schimmel (mycelium) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Build failure on Solaris 8 Initial Comment: Building privoxy 3.0.2 failed on Solaris 8 with a link error: the symbol `setenv' could not be found. And indeed, there seems to be no setenv (3C) function on this system. (At least I didn't find one...) I made a little patch that fixes this issue. It checks for setenv in the configure script and defines a preprocessor symbol used in jcc.c. Unfortunately this fix breaks the chroot feature. At runtime. That is a Bad Thing, but I cant help it. (Should propably be handled in the configure script.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=111118&aid=712718&group_id=11118 |
