#605 windows version add starting on background not show window

Hello,
Can you add a option to windows version, when start the program, the gui hides on background, and not show the window?

You can try opening Windows Explorer (<winkey>e) and navigate to
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
there should be a "Privoxy" short cut there.
Right click on the file, left click on "Properties"
Down near the botton there's a "Run:" selection. Pick "Minimized" and
click "OK"</winkey>

Another possibility would be to create a "startPrivoxy.bat" file that has
start /min "C:\Program Files (x86)\Privoxy\privoxy.exe"
and start privoxy by running that .bat file instead of running privoxy.exe
