#593 OPENVPN and Privoxy together

I'm just starting to learn this stuff. I've installed Privoxy, and a VPN, and I'm trying to use them together. I tried setting listen-address to the ip and port my VPN provides, the one I entered into the browser settings, but when I enter them into the privoxy config, privoxy fails to restart and I can't browse at all.
I'm using privoxy with proxy and host such as:

+add-header{Host: clarobr.mobi} \
+forward-override{forward 200.169.126.11:8799} \
+limit-connect{80,443} \

Note: I can do this on windows 7, but in ubuntu I'm with this problem.

Using OpenVPN with Privoxy should work already.
