[Ifp-driver-common] drag-dropping with ifp-gnome (0.5)

Not sure if this applies to 0.6 as well. ifp-gnome seems to support
drag-dropping if the folder I drag from is in the Icon View mode but not if
it's in the List View mode. Seems weird to me, but I guess the two require
different things of ifp-gnome.
