A tag with an incorrect length, more specifically not
including padding, was found in an existing id3v2.3-
tagged file. This causes inability to GetMp3Info().

Most other software seems more tolerant, and will
simply say 'out of sync' and scan for the next sync, and
all is well again.

This should be fixed in the next CVS upload. Check the mailinglist
on when that will happen. Currently i am testing it.
