Canon P-215ii scanner icopy blows up if you try to scan duplex.

Works fine simplex.

    could you plese attach the log file produced by iCopy?

    Dear Jim,

    thank you for sending the log file. From the log I notice that the duplex feeder option is selected. Could you please check if the crash happens also with single-sided feeder?

      Matteo,

      I had put that in the original comment.
      Does not happen in simplex mode, only duplex.
      There is no glass on this model, so all scans are ADF.

    Sorry, I should have read more carefully... I will try and investigate this, but it is unlikely that I'll find a fix because duplex ADF has always been a problem with Windows Image Acquisition (on which iCopy is based). For sure, I have to handle this error to avoid the crash.

      Just as an FYI if it helps, the native windows scan mode does
      successfully do both simplex and duplex scans from this scanner.
