Completed a large scanning file without a problem. Then started a new scan. Pressed print, completed new file name. Immediately came up as if it had completed process, but scanner had not scanned and it said 0 pages copied
Have a look at the iCopy executable folder? The file is named icopy.log
[bugs:#262] Will not copy comes up 0 page

Does iCopy work if it is closed and re-opened? Would you please send me the log file contained in the folder
Hello
I cannot find that file. I did a search on AppData\Local\iCopy and it could not find it.
This happened on both my laptops.
Regards
Richard
