Dear user. The scanner is actually reecognized by iCopy, but there is a connection problem. Please check that other scanner software is closed when you start iCopy.
If this doesn't solve the problem, try to reset the settings (there's a button in the settings dialog, or you can delete the icopy.settings file located either in your iCopy folder or in C:\Users\<your username="">\AppData\Local\iCopy)</your>
