I use -geometry with xterms in .xinitrc. -geometry probably works with
many X-clients that are Xt compliant.
But there are other applications. Some support -position (wmmixer,
wmcdplay).
But still others don't support either (wmapm and certain asclocks).
Icewm can still move their position. So why not give them an
initial position?
