can i get icewm's paths for an extern application?

hello,

is there a possibility, that an application can get the actual paths icewm
is using at the moment (e.g. the search path for the executables in the
icewm-menu and the path where icewm is installed in).

which icewm-specific paths (that are not stored in the preferences-file) can i
get?
