Btw, I've made one Win-3.11 like theme some time ago. You can download
it from here: http://jk.frozen-doe.net/programy/windows-nostalgy/
It is in czech (sorry), but i'm sure you will understad what is there ;)
I'm using it with no panel (taskbar) and no close button in title bar.
Maybe some pixmaps should be added to support features missing in
Windows 3.11.
