TaskBarClockLeds settings bug in ubuntu

Hi all. I can show clock on task bar, but when I set the TaskBarClockLeds=1 in the prefoverride or prefoverride file to use LCD display, the clock disappears. How to deal with it? Thanks. The version of icewm and ubuntu are 1.2.33 and 8.10, respectively.
