Have one monitor "occupy all"

Hi

I suspect what I want can't be done, but let's see...

I have two monitors running under TwinView. I'd like to configure things
such that any window dragged to, say, the right hand monitor automatically
has "occupy all" set. Ideally, but not so important, any window dragged
from that monitor has "occupy all" cleared.

Possible?
