You just need to install a Perl interpreter. Under Unix, it's usually  
already installed. Under Windows, install ActivePerl or  
StrawberryPerl. Then you'll need to install the dependencies:  
HTML::Parser, LWP, URI, Text::Template.

Sorry, but my answer is obviously negative.
Firstly, I don't know ASP nor C#, and don't want to learn these  
languages.
Secondly, even if you never used Perl before, it should be quite  
simple to grasp the basic concept behind Html2Wml: it simply parse  
the HTML page and (more-or-less) associate a WML tag for each HTML  
tag. The tough part is splitting the result into several well-formed  
chunks.

and i m not use to it or you can say i have never worked on it.

so i need your help in knowing the wrking of the project.

can please convert it into ASP or C# or anyother language. So it will easy
for me to understand and use it.

     I download   Html2Wml  pakcage from  http://sourceforge.net/projects/htmlwml/ .
I want to install  Html2Wml under Windows 2000 , Active perl 5.10 , but It can not work,
The error is :

I am not sure to understand the question. Do you experience  
compatibility problems because ther generated WML documents are v1.2?

Looking a bit, I found that there are modules on the CPAN to give  
information about mobile devices, especially Mobile::WURFL and  
Mobile::Wurfl, which are interfaces to WURFL, "an XML configuration  
file which contains information about capabilities and features of  
many mobile devices."

I haven't touched Html2Wml or WML in years. Looking at the  
specification, input type can only be "text" or "password" in WML  
1.x. The following patch should fix it:
