[HPLIP-Devel] hplip-2.7.6 - regression: broken support for HP OfficeJet Pro 1150 C scanner

Hi all, I've searched for something like bugzilla but I've not found it on hplip
website.
I wrote some day ago on hplip-help with a patch for hpoj on amd64 as a temporary
workaround for the lack of support for the HP OfficeJet Pro 1150 C scanner in hplip.
hp-setup recognize the OJ printer and setup two devices:
OFFICEJET_PRO_1150C and OFFICEJET_PRO_1150C_fax, both with URI
hp:/par/OFFICEJET_PRO_1150C?device=/dev/parport0.
The printer itself seems to work fine.
The scanner is not recognized by xsane (dll.conf contains hpaio only)
hp-scan seems to recognize the device but fails with a scanext.error:
