For the libusb dependency, the complaint is probably about the files
in the libusb-devel package, which you really don't need unless you
are building hplip from source. Ditto for the libnetsnmp-devel
package. If you want to, you can install those just to keep
hp-check happy.
I don't know what the LSB complaint is all about. The redhat-lsb
package is a standard part of the FC6 installation. You might
want to run "rpm -V redhat-lsb" and see if there are any complaints.
