[hotproject-devel] "new project" feature

Hey all,

Toolbar/menu items are finally hooked up for loading Chris'
newproject.xml to create a new project. As with opening an existing
project, this is really slow, and there's no status indication. Sorry.

I also set the Save and Save As items to be disabled under appropriate
circumstances. You can look at src/org/hotproject/shell/LoadSave.java if
you're interested in the details.
