I have been looking at some other requirements documents and I saw something that may be beneficial for us to include in our requirements. For each requirement, there could be a need, priority, stability, and source. For example:
Requirement: hotProject shall have the capability to read and process "foo" format project files.
need: Essential
priority: Phase 2
stability: Stable
source: external, source supplied by company "foo"

are now available at Docs. I have taken the liberty of creating several document groups to organize our documents. If any of you have questions about how to work with the docs, let me know. I think I have an an understanding (somewhat) of this part of sourceforge.

The hotProject project management software development team now has a SourceForge account! Our first major task as a group is to gather requirements for our product from project managers (professional or no) and maintain our plans for the future of the project.

Watch for documents to be posted describing and defining our efforts in the near future.
