#254 Black screen on second monitor

If I move the main window from screen 1 (laptop) to screen 2 (attached monitor), everything except the program name and version (top line) turns black. Windows 10 Pro, HoDoKu 2.2.0 build 116, java 8 Update 66. I also have Jing installed. If I click it to take a screen shot, then it all becomes visible again (I've never seen this behavior with any other program). If I record in Camtasia, I see a black square when I move to 2nd monitor, but when I watch the recording, it shows the actual contents on both monitors. I think Camtasia and Jing are using alternate monitor drivers.

This does not happen with ANY other program that I've used on this laptop (Lenovo W530), so I'm hoping there's something different about how this program displays the Sudoku card, perhaps graphically?. The external monitor always uses the NVidia Quadro card.
