#10 Missing registry key

This key, is not displayed. Win7/Win8

I also added a new entry there that was not white listed and that also doesn't show.

I added a new function to check O4 on 64bit, also changed the existing O4 function to check only 32bit.

Code to fix the 64-bit issues still has to be written.
