rexxsaa.h is part of the Regina package. If you configure
THE --with-rexx=regina then you must have previously
installed Regina. If you don't want Rexx support, configure
--with-rexx=none.

Environment: S/390 VM Linux 2.4.9 (?)
Regina 2.2.3
((Both installed from Redhatt RPMs)
Attempting to install THE 3.1 from SourceForge
I experience this same problem. Apparently the Redhat RPM
doesn't include the regina header files. This sounds like a
fingerpointing exercise. I would assume that Redhat should
include them,. Once I get past this problem I experience
"cannot find rexx library file". I'm going to ireinstall
Regina from SourceForge and see what happens, however it
would appear that THE and the Redhat Regina installation
have compatibility problems.
