User Reviews

  • Really we do not have better alternative to VM/CMS XEDIT on PC Almost all XEDIT features are implemented. Thank you very much for your job and keep product working on the new envronments!
  • Unclear how to install in Kubuntu 25.05. Support stinks for open source software.
  • Saves me from using vim on Linux. Lots of versatility with Rexx/Regina macro language. Been using for over 25 years.
  • Coming from XEdit/REXX background (IBM VM/CMS) via KEdit/PersonalREXX (DOS, Win) (Mansfield Software group) to THE and Regina REXX. Still one of the best editors around. The only thing missing, though not trivial to implement I fear, is unicode support. I prefer the old CUI TUI text mode interface.
  • Same reasons. I used Xedit for years and am familiar with this territory in THE. Now I write .the macros all the time.
