Really we do not have better alternative to VM/CMS XEDIT on PC Almost all XEDIT features are implemented. Thank you very much for your job and keep product working on the new envronments!

Unclear how to install in Kubuntu 25.05. Support stinks for open source software.

Saves me from using vim on Linux. Lots of versatility with Rexx/Regina macro language. Been using for over 25 years.

Coming from XEdit/REXX background (IBM VM/CMS) via KEdit/PersonalREXX (DOS, Win) (Mansfield Software group) to THE and Regina REXX. Still one of the best editors around. The only thing missing, though not trivial to implement I fear, is unicode support. I prefer the old CUI TUI text mode interface.

Same reasons. I used Xedit for years and am familiar with this territory in THE. Now I write .the macros all the time.
