I agree. I could do this but I need a veteran to tell me where all config info is so I don't miss anything (since it currently seems scattered.)
On a related note: shouldn't we be updating the DB-create script with each release instead of just including patches in the upgrade scripts? (E.g. the current DB-Postgres one tries to create the tbl_wrktimer table too early in the process so it's constraints can't be met so it fails to create it.)
