This is a follow up to Issue 496:

The idea would be to somehow allow the user to change keymappings for
things like 'Execute SQL' and 'Execute Selected SQL', as well as other
things.

Could be done quite nicely now all buttons and menuitems use TActions. Only the
preference dialog needs a complete revamp before adding major functionalities.
