HeidiSQL should provide means to set and edit CODEPAGE and COLLATION for
both columns and tables.

At least for databases and tables this is already working: Just call the
"Alter database" or "Alter table" dialog from the context menu. And I agree
that columns also need this feature.

As said, the CREATE TABLE dialog already *has* a collation dropdown.
This issue is about adding that option for columns. Will be done within issue #436.
