#1347 Data Tab: Last record missing from display, cannot view insert new record inputs.

When viewing the datatable contents (Data Tab) the last data record is
hidden below the screen. You have to manually press the down arrow key
twice to view it. The last record cannot be scrolled to or reached by
ctrl+end keypress.

Also, the last record does not highlight when visible (I suspect because
the "new" record inputs should be visible, but are not as they are just off
screen), the record preceding the last record does highlight, but only when
the last record is not visible.

This is not related to the horizontal scrollbar, though it appears to be if
you have many fields in the table. I've confirmed this in my environment
for tables with and without the horizontal scrollbar.

Resizing the "log window" (bottom most window - output of SQL) has no
apparent affect on this issue.

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP2
HeidiSQL: [r2620]

I did not notice this issue in 2619 or other preceding revisions.
