#1291 Problem showing fields that have a CONCAT statement

When you make a select statement that uses a CONCAT function and tries to
concatenate a string and a number the result shown on sql result window
it's a hex value like than the field value.

I've attached a file showing the problem.

MySQL Server version: 5.1.36 and 5.0.54

This is a bug in the server. See issue #718 .
