Meteo 1.3.1 released

Meteorologist is a free weather program for OS X. It allows users total control over their weather viewing, including simultaneous interlaced weather reports from multiple weather servers, multiple weather locations, weather alerts and much more.

OK, so it's mainly just a bug-fix release, but it's a release! This is the first one from The Meteo Group and not just from Matt so it is still a milestone of a sort.

We've fixed a few outstanding bugs, including that annoying 48 hour crash bug and started moving ahead.
