In Meteo 3.1.4 for OS X, when Dark Sky reports the condition "Overcast", it displays with the question mark icon.
in Europe in winter, this is a daily bug!
When Meteo can't find a weather icon, it writes a message to the log with details on why. Can you check for that message and post it here?
