The good news is that I found the problem. The bad news is that it is Yahoo source data that's wrong. The good news is that I think I can work around it.

When time changes in a couple of weeks, it may show up again (but hopefully working this time). I kind of got lucky. My daughter's timezone had it while I was working on it and mine picked up the problem this week. Thanks for reporting it.
