The DEBUG macro will not compile when USELOGFILE
is defined. The wwn2Str is also being used incorrectly
in the macro itself. Finally, the temp filename is
incorrect for the NT platform. See attached file for
enough basic fixes to get the library to compile and
produce a log file. It needs some refactoring, but it gets
the job done for now.

Could not find "attached file". I'll leave this for an NT developer to fix, it works for Unix. Changes will have to be
appropiatedly ifdeffed for NT.
