#173 Doorbashing upwards

wasp's hive) that you're crazy if you try to bash
upwards..

It used to be if you were flying you could, but now it's
been #if'd into not at all

My personal opinion is that if you are flying you should be able
to attempt to doorbash upwards and downwards, otherwise
only horizontally.

Somebody let me know what the decision is and I'll implement
it.
