[Haven-chronicle] Initial Stats Viewer v0.1 Available

This is the first release of the first stage of the development and 
allows the user to view the starting stats for all race/class/sex 
combinations.

Besides any maintenance releases of this code and updated stats tables, 
development has moved onto a free standing test bed for Monster/NPC 
interaction. This will cover basic movement, decision making and combat.
