Hi Richard,

i am biased towards hamfax, and cannot speak too much about acfax:

Most likely, acfax should require less CPU.

hamfax is based on the Qt toolkit, so it integrates better in current desktop
enviroments. It also supports sending of radio facsimiles. One big feature on
recent Linux distribution is the support of the ALSA sound interface, since
current Linux distributions no longer provide the OSS device files.
