#27 mkv file more than 2.1Gb and guvcview freezes

Hello, I installed guvcview 2.0.2 via ppa in mint/ubuntu14.04.
When I save to file with default options (.mkv container) and when file raises to 2.1 GB, the program freezes :(

Ok, so gview_encoder was missing -D _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 when building, this would cause fopen to be limited to 2 gb files on 32 bit systems.

This should be fixed in git now.
