There is no config.log in the base directory of libgpod. A search didn't 
return any result either.

I'm using autoconf 2.60-1 as downloaded from the Ubuntu repositories.

Technically I'm on Kubuntu 6.10 but I've switched to the Ubuntu environment by 
downloading the ubuntu-desktop package.
