I'll let you know how I go with the bindings. Everything seems to be coming along well - swig is a very handy program. Your email helped a lot. I'd been adding tracks to the master playlist, so = I didn't think to look in any other playlist for errors. It turns out there was a few tracks in my podcast playlist without any tag information. When I removed these the problem resolved itself. So, thanks for your help! Things are moving along nicely again now.
