I'm trying to undo the breakage caused on a Nano 5G when I tried to use gtkpod (the Nano doesn't recognize the database file), and I read that there is experimental support for the Nano 5G, but I can't figure out where to find it: at http://gtkpod.wikispaces.com/#status it says that iPod Nano 5g alpha/experimental support in http://gitorious.org/~teuf/libgpod/teuf-sandbox/commits/nano5g (testers welcome!) That location doesn't exist. in posting http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.ipod.gtkpod.user/1900 it says At the moment, support for the nano 5g is available in the gtkpod development repositories. But I'm not sure what is meant by "gtkpod development repositories". A current git snapshot doesn't seem to work with a 5G Nano. Is there experimental 5G support somewhere with which I can try to generate a DB file that will be recognized? -- Grant |
