What about the libmp4v2? Is the bug you mentioned fixed already or > wil > i have to patch and build it manually? The libmp4v2 issue was fixed in mpeg4ip v1.6. It's not really a major issue, I don't think, since the ipod doesn't seem to display chapter names anyway. The bug caused chapter name extraction to fail, in which case I'm just using default chapters ("Chapter 001", etc.). > I dont have any movies containing chapter info, but I made some chaptered, > itunes-compliant audiobooks myself and found lots of podcasts on the web. > (They are called "enhanced podcasts", just google). > > I'd love to see chapter support in libgpod, and I think there are plenty > more > people waiting for it. Attached are two patches, one for libgpod, and one for gtkpod, both created from the current trunk. Anybody who wants to test or just give the code a onceover would be welcomed. I'll try to look at the code when I get a chance too, since I haven't touched it in ~6 months. Michael -- Michael Tiffany ti...@ti... http://www.tiffman.com |
