Secure boot is an option that cannot be simply switched off in most modern BIOS configurations.
ASUS for instance inhibits the deselection of secure boot, as many other vendors do.
That means Grub2Win is only applicable for old and very old computers with legacy BIOS versions or those who are willing to tweak their BIOS.
You should at least mention this topic foremost in your documentation.
Better would be to abort the installation if secure boot cannot be disabled.
I botched up my laptop this way, which is showing me the Linux Mint Grub at bootup - that´s what I had before. But additionally I have this nice warning about the secure boot option I cannot disable.
It would be also nice to mention how to uninstall Grub2Win.

I'm not sure I agree with your premise. Most motherboards, including Asus, allow secure boot to be very simply disabled from the BIOS setup. If you are aware of a motherboard that does not allow secure boot to be disabled, please post the make and model number. I will research.
There are many thousands of Grub2Win users worldwide. Approximately 60% of these users have EFI motherboards. They seem to have no problem.
Uninstalling Grub2Win is done through the standard Windows uninstall process. In Windows 10, go to "Control Panel" > "Programs and Features" for the list of installed programs and simply click on Grub2Win to uninstall it.
The uninstall procedure is covered in detail in the "Uninstalling Grub2Win" help topic, if you bother to look.
Thanks,
Dave
