Progression window is always on active desktop regardlesse of window options
Brought to you by:

During sync, progression window stays on active desktop (that is, it follows you when you change desktop), even if the window option "on this desktop only" is selected : it behaves as if the "always on active desktop" option had been chosen. Trying to move the window towards the left desktop or towards the right desktop fails. In addition, the window cannot be minimized.
Version : 1.3.1, French version.
Environment :
Linux on Dell Precision, Ubuntu 20.04.3, kernel 5.4.0-131-generic #147-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 14 17:07:22 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Update : this is when, on progression window, rsync output is on. When this option is off (progressions bars, but no output details), the window behaves in agreement with its options.
Hello,
Thanks for your report.
I just tried version 1.3.0, which comes standard in ubuntu 22.04 LTS, and it doesn't have this issue.
Also tried 1.3.1 (which is not officially released yet) and works the same, regardless of the rsync output being open or not.
I have no way to reproduce this issue, so I will keep it pending for a while, in case a way to reproduce (or a solution) is provided.
