#2 Allow selecting rsync output during execution

The rsync output contains useful information such as the rsync command grsync generates. It's a pretty long command though and I would like to be able to copy-paste it to see if it works better when ran directly. Unfortunately, I can't do anything with the text in that field. Please enable text selection, as is konsole.

Clipboard should be enabled on rsync output's text box after rsync run finishes. Please report if it's not the case.

Hum, you're right.

What happened is rsync failed to finish due to a full disk condition on the server. I wanted to verify whether this (the client not reporting the issue) was a grsync or a rsync bug. I noticed the rsync command was above and I could test it in command line. Thanks to your tip, I now did and saw this is a rsync issue ( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=505108 ).

The fact that rsync didn't finish must be why I didn't notice the output could be copied when rsync is stopped. Thank you. This issue has a lower priority than I thought.

If so, please indicate the version which would have solved this.

The fix is in the code.
If you need it urgently, you should compile it yourself.
Or, wait for a new release to come to your distribution.

To clarify, this issue was not fixed at the time this ticket was closed (2015). The fix only started in 2020.
