#175 Crash in ms_ole_open

I received the following bug report in fedora:

I don't really know what the reporter did, so that gretl crashed, but wanted to make sure that you could take a look at the backtrace.

I'm not doubting that there was a crash, but as mentioned in the linked redhat bug discussion it cannot be reproduced or debugged without the triggering file and thus keeping the bug open is useless. So I'm closing this.
