Hi Amadou. Sorry for the late reply but I was with a strong cold the whole
weekend.

That error is because after creating  the indexes, Greenstone must rename
the "building" folder as " index" folder but if files are in use in that
folder, the renaming action cannot execute.

As Katherine told you, send us the GLI log file.
