[Gplflash-devel] ./configure failed for libmad on Fedora Core 3.

Hi I am trying to install gplflash-0.4.13 and it's failed on my Redhat Fedora Core 3 updated 2.6.10-1.741_FC3. It doesn't find libmad but libmad is on my system!! Some traces are following.
