#28 Release 0.4.13 crashes while playing sound

3 Problems I have had with playing sounds:
- Sounds sound to be broken
- player crashed while playing
- one sound was played more than one time at the same time with an offset

The first problem could be resolved by changing the channels to 1 (mono)
The second problem happend by allocating and freeing memory for playing mp3-files
The last problem I have resolved with a workaround to forbid playing sounds at the same time.

The changes I have made in the file sound.cc based on release 0.4.13
