#2 Graph update interval

As of base version the default rrdtool step size (this basically defines the interval after which db/graph will be updated) is set to 300 seconds (non-configurable).

In order to see quick graph updates, a lower step size has to be defined at the expense of small size increase.

Setting user defined step sizes is being looked at for version 1.1.
